Job summary

STG in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer (W2 role) to develop AI programs and cognitive applications. You will leverage deep learning, NLP, image processing and automation to solve complex problems for direct end clients.

The position emphasizes experimentation, scalable data-driven apps, and responsible AI practices. Responsibilities include designing AI models, integrating Google LLMs with BigQuery data, and building AI agents for root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficient coding skills with modern backend frameworks and AI tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices is required.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud data services is essential.

• Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models and programs to solve complex problems, generate recommendations, extract patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data (images, sound), orchestrate automation and enable self-service capabilities

Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Only W2 Role)

Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for Artificial Intelligence Engineer.

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Position Description

Employees in this job function are responsible for developing intelligent programs, cognitive applications and algorithms for data analysis and automation, leveraging various AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, virtual assistants and specialized programming

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models and programs to solve complex problems, generate recommendations, extract patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data (images, sound), orchestrate automation and enable self-service capabilities
• Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data driven applications that translate data into actionable intelligence
