Job summary

CNXN Helix Center at Connection Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Advisor to drive customer-facing workshops and guide AI, data, agent, and governance strategy across Microsoft and related platforms.

You will partner with sellers, architects, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and define roadmaps in a dynamic market. The role requires 5+ years in advisory/pre-sales roles, deep knowledge of Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and governance; excellent communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution architecture, or related customer-facing roles.
Experience leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, or executive presentations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure services.
Understanding AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical recommendations, roadmaps, and engagement plans.

Responsibilities

Leads customer-facing discovery sessions, executive briefings, and workshops.
Advises customers on Microsoft AI, automation, and data platforms including Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Translates customer goals into practical recommendations, reference architectures, and roadmap options.
Supports pre-sales pursuits by partnering with account teams and partners.
Develops workshop outputs and reusable assets such as presentations and solution playbooks.
Mentors junior team members and helps scale field capability with best practices.
