Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex technical projects in AI or related tech.
• Knowledge of AI agent capabilities and applications.
• Strong business acumen and process optimization mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of bespoke AI implementation from needs to launch.
• Collaborate with customers to identify optimization opportunities via AI.
• Define, scope, and deliver tailored AI solutions with engineering.
• Create comprehensive requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and educate executives on AI benefits and limitations.
• Gather feedback to inform product roadmap and improvements.
