Ema Unlimited is seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and shape high-impact AI engagements. You will work with our Executive Leadership Team to drive transformative AI adoption across major enterprises, engaging at the C-level and guiding cross-functional execution.

Ideal candidates bring 7–12+ years in management consulting or equivalent, with a deep understanding of enterprise AI, SaaS sales motions, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent.
• 7–12+ years in enterprise strategy and transformation engagements.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles.
• Deep AI/digital fluency in enterprise workflows (LLMs a plus).
• Proven ability to advise C-suite clients and manage executive relationships.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases for clients.
• Influence deal strategy and positioning with senior leadership; shape proposals and narratives.
• Lead strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings.
• Mentor internal teams on consultative selling and engagement design.
