Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions across pursuits and engagements.

You will direct senior teams, shape architecture, and establish reusable assets while ensuring governance, quality, and risk management. A deep background in manufacturing data platforms and product leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations.
• 5–7+ years of AI solution development and industrial data platform experience.
• Experience leading Managers and multidisciplinary teams through iterative solution development.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and quality standards for a portfolio of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through concept definition, architecture, build, testing, and deployment.
• Own solution governance including responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and release readiness.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape proposals, demonstrations, and client engagements.
