Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on programming and debugging skills in Python and C/C++ on Windows.
• Experience applying AI tools and technologies to accelerate problem solving and improve software quality.
• Experience with AI/ML inference workflows and frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, ONNX Runtime, Hugging Face.
• Ability to write high-quality developer documentation, tutorials, samples, or guides.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Windows Local AI and Windows ML, including model deployment and hardware-accelerated inference on Ryzen AI platforms.
• Partner with Microsoft and internal AMD teams to validate Windows AI scenarios and communicate requirements.
• Provide high-touch technical support for prioritized OEM/ISV issues, reproduce problems, and guide triage and root-cause analysis.
• Own, develop, and maintain customer-facing technical documentation for Ryzen AI, including architecture guidance and tutorials.
• Create or improve reference applications, sample code, diagnostic utilities, and collateral for deploying AI workloads on Windows.
• Plan and execute competitive analysis and benchmarking across AMD and competitors, translating findings into data and recommendations.
