CohnReznick is seeking an AI Solution Software Engineer (Staff/Principal) to join our Strategic AI team in a remote-capable role based in Austin, TX. You will architect and deliver AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, NLP, and RAG techniques, while ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years delivering AI solutions, strong Python/TypeScript/C#, and hands-on experience with Azure AI tools and CI/CD.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in applied AI delivery.
Experience with Azure AI platform and OpenAI tools.
Strong Python, TypeScript, and C# skills; exposure to full-stack frameworks and API middleware.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs, ML models, GenAI, RAG/GraphRAG, and NLP/NLM techniques.
Build and maintain production-grade full-stack web apps with security and resilience in collaboration with security and IAM teams.
Design secure data connectors and integrations for AI use.
