Royper Royco LLC is seeking a Senior Workforce AI Solutions Engineer based in the United States to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that improve employee productivity and streamline workflows.

You will lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to handover, develop reusable AI components, build AI-powered workflows, and ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices across enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT Enterprise.

• Own and prioritize AI solution requests from intake to handover.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate workflows into AI-powered solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Design AI-powered workflows, agents, and system integrations.
• Choose appropriate low-code or pro-code approaches per use case.
• Develop reusable components and secure data access patterns.
