Job summary

The role blends deep engineering with a consulting mindset, interfacing with business leaders to frame problems, quantify value, and deliver measurable impact. Strong Python and security practices are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, information systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience delivering production software/automation solutions.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with LLM APIs and/or agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions with a focus on AI agents.
• Translate workflows into agent-friendly steps with SMEs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to frame problems and quantify value.
• Develop agents using Python and modern frameworks to execute tasks end-to-end.
• Ensure secure production deployments with proper monitoring and guardrails.
