Job summary

H2O.ai in Washington DC is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in AI to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI to help enterprise customers scale AI using the H2O.ai platform.

You will work closely with Sales and Product teams, leading technical discovery, running demos, designing solutions, and guiding customers through their AI journey. The position requires extensive pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre‑sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture roles for enterprise AI/ML platforms.
• Proven experience with cloud-native deployments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drive pre‑sales success and build winning proposals.
• Execute proof of value to demonstrate ROI using H2O.ai.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging the full H2O stack.
