AtkinsRéalis in Denver seeks an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead AI-enabled software delivery for internal and external clients. You will work with technology leaders and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver AI-driven data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities include developing reusable AI components, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks, while guiding governance, data handling, and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Python and data processing.
• Experience with SQL databases and data pipelines.
• Experience with AI/ML model integration and automation.
• Azure ecosystem experience (Data Factory, Databricks, IAM).
• DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and client interactions in AI-enabled software projects.
• Develop reusable AI solutions, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks.
• Define business cases and measurable AI benefits (productivity, cost and cycle time).
• Design and maintain integration patterns for AI models and APIs.
• Support governance, data handling, security reviews, and responsible AI documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and clients to scope work and estimate effort.
• Build and manage data pipelines from diverse sources.
