Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI to drive revenue in Data & AI services. This role will lead technical presales, work directly with clients, and develop AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft AI technologies and proven success in achieving revenue targets. They will develop integrated solutions and engage with C-suite executives on AI strategy, ensuring solutions align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or presales engineering.
• 3+ years with Microsoft AI and automation technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business within SHI’s Data & AI professional services practice.
• Develop account-level AI readiness assessments for long-term revenue.
• Lead technical assessment sessions to understand client strategic AI objectives.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.
• Author technical content for proposals and SOWs.
