Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technology experience across software, cloud, security, data or analytics.
• 3+ years building or advising ML/AI systems in production.
• Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle from data to governance.
• Influence technical direction across teams without direct authority.
• Strong writing and speaking skills with prior technical publications.
• Ability to drive architectural standards at scale with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision for AI/ML architectural guidance aligned to Well-Architected pillars.
• Lead thought leadership on GenAI, agentic AI, RAG, and related patterns.
• Partner with AWS service teams to align AI security and architecture with customer needs.
• Engage with strategic enterprise customers to validate guidance in real deployments.
• Own tooling strategy for AI content generation and publication at scale.
• Publish whitepapers, blog posts, and reference architectures; present at events.
• Mentor senior architects and shape hiring and workforce planning.
• Design repeatable mechanisms for guidance lifecycle and quality at scale.
• Validate recommendations through prototyping and hands-on proof-of-concept.
