Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI initiatives in the Lincolnshire, IL area. You will own the design of secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions, interfacing with stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, and operations.

Qualifications

• Expert-level AI architect with experience delivering production generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into enterprise-grade AI architecture and actionable designs.
• Collaborates with cybersecurity, data and analytics, infrastructure, legal, risk, and vendor teams to ensure governance and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise AI architectures, including generative AI, RAG, conversational AI, and agentic capabilities.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive technical designs covering applications, data, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and security requirements across IT and business units.
• Lead architecture reviews, communicate risks and trade-offs, and validate designs with prototyping and production considerations.
