Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking multiple AI Solution Architects who will serve as lead developers on the EisnerAI Platform, designing and implementing the architecture powering AI-powered services across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory. This role drives the platform that will transform client service and position EisnerAmper as a leading AI-powered firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in an AI/ML architecture role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers.
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents.
• Lead technical development of EisnerAI Agent Workforce components (e.g., TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, M&A Targeting Bot).
• Design agentic frameworks for initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices.
