Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks multiple AI Solution Architects to lead development on the EisnerAI Platform, designing the architecture powering AI solutions across tax, audit, advisory and outsourcing services. You will drive integration across data, AI, and application layers and shape governance and responsible AI practices.

Required: 6+ years software development with 4+ years in AI/ML, 3+ years Azure cloud experience; Bachelor’s in a technical field, Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 6+ years of software development with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of EisnerAI Platform components.
• Design and evaluate data and AI governance for platforms.
• Develop agent-based AI workflows and integration layers.
• Drive model evaluation and post-training optimization for custom LLMs.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance with policies.
