Job summary

EisnerAmper, Chicago-based, seeks multiple AI Solution Architects to lead the EisnerAI Platform's technical architecture across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory services. You’ll help design, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions and agents that transform client service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in software development with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture, plus 3+ years Azure cloud experience, and a strong background in Azure AI/ML tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 6+ years software development with 4+ years AI/ML architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure cloud services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers.
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
• Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, and M&A Targeting Bot
• Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices
