Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our remote-enabled team serving clients across the USA. You will work on LangGraph AI workflows, either embedded with client teams or on a FullStack product team, delivering production-grade services.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, lead code reviews, and own critical backend designs while operating within Agile/Scrum processes. The role requires strong English communication and a four-year degree.

The Position

We're looking to hire a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands‑on coding.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Nice To Have

We’re seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
