Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You will work with clients either by joining their teams or by contributing to a FullStack product team to deliver AI-enabled software.

Key requirements include 5+ years in software development, strong English, a 4-year degree, and hands-on LangGraph experience. Remote-ready, with a focus on scalable backend systems and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree (four-year college) required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph for AI workflows.
• Backend engineering for scalable services, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro WFM.
• Proven technical leadership and offshore handoff management.
• Ability to communicate architectural concepts to senior leadership.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands-on coding.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
