Job summary

FullStack seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to collaborate with clients through team augmentation or product development. You will design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows and backend systems while leading code reviews and coordinating offshore handoffs.

Strong communication and ownership are essential as you contribute to enterprise integrations and CI/CD excellence. You will work remotely in the United States, applying your AI workflow experience to complex, large-scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and enterprise APIs.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required (bachelor).
• 1-4 years designing AI-driven production workflows.
• Hands-on LangGraph experience building complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend engineering for scalable services & APIs.
• Experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem (Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SF, UKG).
• Proven code-review leadership and offshore handoff experience.
• Ability to communicate architecture to senior leadership.
• Ownership-driven, proactive, and hands-on in coding and problem solving.
• Experience with CI/CD and maintaining libraries/tools.

Responsibilities

• Join via Team Augmentation or Design & Build model with clients.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday (WWS/SOAP, REST, EIB), Oracle Fusion (HDL, FSM, FBDI, REST), SAP SuccessFactors (OData v2/v4, MDF), or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, specifically in leading code reviews and managing daily offshore technical handoffs.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex architectural concepts and project progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset capable of balancing high-level strategy with deep, hands-on coding.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
