Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of hardware/software/systems experience; or Master's with 5+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• 8+ years of industry and general software development experience
• Proficiency in software development using C/C++
• Experience with Linux/Unix-based OS software development
• Strong software development skills: data structures, algorithms, OO design, debugging, testing
• Ability to work independently and lead a software team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• As the AI software lead, you will be hands-on and leading the team responsible for ensuring AI SDK support for a variety of IoT product platforms
• Drive feature development and enhancements needed in the Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs for IoT products
• Work closely with the AI software team and other Qualcomm groups involved in IoT platforms
• Make significant decisions impacting the broader work group and provide supervision/guidance to team members
• Participate in strategic planning for integrating the Qualcomm AI Stack SDKs into IoT products
