Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums with a deep focus on customer experience and business priorities.
Identify data-driven insights and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations, to influence digital commerce strategies and initiatives from conception and ideation through prototyping and testing.
Drive the on-time execution of key discovery and planning activities to support go-live dependencies, while managing key business decisions and tracking backlogged priorities to influence roadmap planning.
Author and present detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, opportunities, and performance.
Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.
