Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in AI server hardware manufacturing to lead end-to-end supply chain programs, from ramp planning to logistics.

The role partners with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Services to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery of complex AI server products, while maintaining inventory health. Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.
• Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Proven project management experience leading crossfunctional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.
• ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.
• Drive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.
• Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
• Manage crossfunctional projects forecasting and capacity rampups.
• Drive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.
