NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an AI Security Researcher to advance the protection of AI models, systems, and infrastructure. You will conduct novel research, develop tooling, and publish results to strengthen AI security across NVIDIA's platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on safety, Generative AI workflows, and collaboration across teams. A Master’s/PhD and 5+ years in ML or cybersecurity are required, plus strong coding and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in machine learning, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Strong programming experience.
• Outstanding knowledge of AI and software weaknesses and mitigation strategies.
• In‑depth understanding of Generative AI workflows.
• Self‑starter with a passion for growth and willingness to share findings.
• Motivated and curious about new technologies.
• Ability to present sophisticated technical information clearly.
