Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specializing in AI for Detection and Response. You will own the deployment lifecycle of CrowdStrike Falcon’s AI-powered capabilities, from planning to ongoing optimization, collaborating with customers to enhance threat detection and automation.

You will leverage AI/ML in security, configure AI models, and develop automation playbooks while mentoring cross-functional teams and presenting complex AI concepts to diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8 years deploying IT solutions or working with customers.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to cybersecurity.
• Experience with software deployment technologies and AI-powered security tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control, and scripting to automate workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation and configuration of Falcon AI-powered detection and response.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automate response workflows.
• Tune ML algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues across multiple sized enterprises.
• Create solutions using Falcon APIs to extend platform capabilities.
• Interpret AI-generated alerts with customers and guide remediation.
• Assist with integrating Falcon AI into existing security tools and workflows.
• Support IR teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.
• Collaborate to develop customer-facing AI collateral.
