Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, delivering secure, governed, and resilient AI deployments. You will own outcomes, reduce attack surfaces, and implement security tooling and governance frameworks with AI-assisted coding tools.

You will work in a small, persistent pod, manage end-to-end security across build, deploy, and optimize stages, and collaborate with client security and engineering teams to ensure measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, offensive security or GRC).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on design/deployment of agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years of cloud platform security fundamentals (IAM, network security, secrets management, AI service security).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Support AI-specific threat surface management across program scales and OWASP controls.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across enterprise stacks and data pipelines.
• Assist with AI governance framework implementation and risk management.
