Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in security architecture, security engineering, architecture, or engineering roles.
• Production AI security and governance experience.
• Ability to explain risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI security standards, control requirements, and risk-based review processes.
• Assess AI applications, models, agents, APIs, integrations, vendors, and data flows before and after deployment.
• Define security requirements for AI systems across design, development, testing, deployment, operation, and retirement.
• Test AI systems for prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe tool use.
• Establish processes for AI security findings, incident response, remediation, and executive reporting.
• Review AI vendors, models, data handling practices, and third-party risks.
• Configure, tune, validate, operate, and extend existing AI-security and monitoring tools.
