Qualifications

• 5 years of applied software development experience across the software development life cycle (design, implementation, testing, and operations).
• Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and operating workloads on Amazon Web Services
• Practical experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including security considerations for generative artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Develop secure production code in Python and review others' code
• Design, build, and troubleshoot security services and guardrails for AI/ML workloads on AWS
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform for repeatable deployments
• Produce technical designs for complex applications and ensure implementations align with security, reliability, and scalability expectations
• Lead security product evaluations with third-party vendors and internal teams, including proofs of concept, benchmarking, and written recommendations
• Contribute to engineering best practices and support adoption of new and emerging technologies
