Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and cloud-native platforms. The role partners with CTO office and domain teams to translate security strategy into reference architectures, standards, and guardrails.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity or architecture, with proven ability to communicate risk to senior leadership, and experience in AI security for cloud-native or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech.
• Ability to translate security risks for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native/ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infra, and engineering teams.
• Review designs, identify security risks, provide practical recommendations.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native and AI environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks to business terms.
• Evaluate new tech including generative AI and recommended adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen security practices.
