Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior AI Security Automation Engineer to architect and deliver scalable AI security workflows. You will build agentic AI platforms, embeddings, and secure integrations with enterprise tools across AWS/Azure/GCP, while improving observability and governance.

You will mentor engineers, set standards for reliability and safe AI operation, and collaborate with Security, Data, and Engineering teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years developing AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and hands-on delivery of scalable AI security automation platforms.
• Design production‑grade AI systems, agents, memory, guardrails, and tool orchestration.
• Architect retrieval and context-engineering with embeddings and semantic search.
• Build cloud-native AI services on AWS, Azure, and GCP using containers and serverless patterns.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices across the platform.
