Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Security Engineer to own EY's Agentic AI platform security end to end. You will shape threat models, implement secure-by-default controls, and defend against novel agentic threats in cloud-native environments.

This role requires deep Kubernetes security expertise, threat modeling, and offensive security experience, with client-facing assurance responsibilities. You will lead security reviews, design policy-as-code guardrails, and drive supply-chain integrity across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years in security engineering with hands-on production ownership.
• Depth in cloud-native and Kubernetes security including runtime and network controls.
• Experience securing AI/ML systems and agentic risk surfaces.
• Threat modelling applied to real systems with verifiable controls.
• Audit-ready work with compliance and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform threat model covering agent autonomy and data supply chains.
• Define security controls for infra, Kubernetes, identity, and secure execution.
• Set secure-by-default contracts for templates, charts, and sandboxes.
• Lead defense against prompt injection, jailbreak, and agent misuse threats.
• Define agent authority models with delegation and non-escalation rules.
• Own sandboxing standards for code execution and boundary testing.
• Secure the model and knowledge supply chain; attestations and provenance.
• Secure agent-to-agent and tool protocols with proper authorization.
• Lead AI red teaming and adversarial testing and cadence.
• Own end-to-end supply-chain integrity and SBOM governance.
• Policy-as-code adoption with Kyverno and OPA, enforcing guardrails.
