Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Security Engineer to own the security posture of EY's Agentic AI platform end to end. The role covers threat modeling, secure-by-default contracts, and defense against agentic threats across cloud and air-gapped deployments.

The ideal candidate will have deep cloud-native and platform security expertise, experience with AI threat models, and the ability to communicate security posture to CISOs and regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud-native security and platform security.
• Familiarity with AI threat models and agentic systems.
• Ability to write threat models and perform red-team testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform threat model across deployment targets from cloud to air-gapped systems.
• Define security engineering and control sets for all platform layers (infrastructure, Kubernetes, identity, sandboxing).
• Set secure-by-default contracts for agent templates, Helm charts, and network policy.
• Defend against agentic threat classes including prompt injection and jailbreaks.
• Help define the agent authority model with architecture on delegation and scope.
• Own sandboxing standards for agent-generated code execution and isolation boundaries.
• Secure the model and knowledge supply chain (provenance, integrity, backdoors).
• Secure agent-to-agent and tool protocols (discovery, approval, schema validation).
• Lead AI red teaming and adversarial testing.
