Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Security Engineer to own the security posture of EY’s Agentic AI platform end-to-end. You will shape threat models, implement secure-by-default controls, and lead red teaming against novel AI-driven threats.

You will drive supply-chain integrity, policy-as-code, and tenant isolation across cloud-native constructs while engaging clients and regulators with auditable evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Security, or related field.
• 10+ years in security engineering with hands-on ownership.
• Demonstrable depth in cloud-native and Kubernetes security.
• Experience securing AI/ML systems in production, incl. prompt injection and agentic risk.
• Threat modelling applied to real systems with audit-grade evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform threat model for agent autonomy, multi-tenancy, and deployment targets.
• Define security controls for infrastructure, Kubernetes, identity, and telemetry.
• Set secure-by-default contracts including templates, sandboxing, and network policy.
• Lead AI red teaming and adversarial testing before clients or regulators.
• Own supply-chain integrity end to end with SBOM, signing, and attestation.
• Policy-as-code across Kyverno and OPA with enforced guardrails.
• Define tenant isolation and cross-tenant leakage controls.
• Engage in client security reviews and regulator-facing assurance artifacts.
• Drive detection and incident response for the platform.
