Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant in AI Security to assess AI risk postures and architect AI security controls for diverse clients. You will implement AI‑SPM solutions, develop governance frameworks, and deliver executive briefings across industries.

You will work with multidisciplinary EY teams, mentor juniors, and help grow EY's AI security practice while navigating evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience (1–2 years in AI/ML security).
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI‑SPM, or AI model risk evaluations.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI policy development, and AI risk management frameworks.
• CI/CD security and DevSecOps experience with platforms and harnesses.
• Cloud security for AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP; AI regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI security services including AI security assessments and governance engagements for clients.
• Architect AI Security Posture Management solutions and support tooling deployment.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned to regulations.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture docs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with EY teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to practice growth.
