Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in AI Security to assess AI risk postures, architect security controls, and develop governance frameworks. You will lead AI security assessments, configure AI security tooling, and help clients operationalize governance across AI workloads.

You will communicate complex concepts to technical and executive audiences, mentor teammates, and contribute to EY’s expanding AI security practice across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of relevant experience, 1–2 years in AI/ML security
• Experience in AI security assessments, AI-SPM, or AI model risk evaluations
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) and NIST CSF/ISO 27001
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI security engagements including AI-SPM, risk assessments, and governance
• Configure AI security tooling and platforms; implement security controls in AI pipelines
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture documentation, and executive presentations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
