Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Project Management, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and IT project management, preferably with enterprise search or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of search technologies (e.g., Elastic), semantic search concepts and AI/ML concepts including GenAI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Sales & Marketing IT Digital Transformation projects using Scaled Agile.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop project plans and high-level design.
• Drive implementation with onshore/offshore software teams; manage risks and issues.
