Tempus AI, Inc. seeks an accomplished technical leader to architect and guide AI-driven projects end-to-end, from cutting-edge research to scalable production.

You will design multimodal models on pathology slides, genomics, and longitudinal data, collaborating with pharma and diagnostics partners. A Ph.D. and 3+ years leading ML deployments are required, with strong Python/PyTorch skills and a track record of impactful publications.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of industry experience leading end-to-end development of ML models.
• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale deep learning and training production-grade models.
• Strong publication record in ML/vision venues; medical AI preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and the modern deep learning stack (e.g., PyTorch).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and lead AI-intensive projects from research to production-ready design.
• Design and train state-of-the-art models using multimodal data (pathology slides, genomics, spatial omics, patient records).
• Collaborate with life sciences firms to advance biomarkers, therapy outcomes, and CDx.
• Ensure AI products meet regulatory guidelines and healthcare standards.
• Publish original research and engage with the AI research community.
