Capgemini in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions across predictive modeling, personalization, recommender systems, optimization, and GenAI, with emphasis on responsible AI. You will partner with business stakeholders and apply advanced AI/ML tools and platforms to support customer engagement and decision optimization use cases.

The role requires leadership across the AI/ML lifecycle and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience with unsupervised and supervised ML, predictive modeling, recommender systems, deep learning, and graph-based learning.
• Experience with NLP frameworks (Transformers), GenAI solutions, and LLMs.
