Job summary

Celestar Corporation seeks an Expert Computer Scientist (QAF Oversight & Monitoring) to support the DIA under the OBIQUA task order. Primary performance will be at DIA facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required. Period: 1 Base Year + 4 Options.

Responsibilities include developing ML/data mining algorithms, TEVV, and data-driven analysis to inform intelligence products, with strong emphasis on tradecraft standards and robust AI performance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years analyzing in the labor category, with recent work within last 2 years
• Master’s degree in a related field from accredited institution
• 8+ years AI implementation experience with advanced degree
• Expertise in AI algorithms, model development, TEVV, and operationalization
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Active TS/SCI clearance within past 5 years
• Experience defining problems, supervising studies, and leading data analysis to advise solutions
• Analytic leadership and expertise in production methodologies, tradecraft, and techniques

Responsibilities

• Apply ML and data mining algorithms including MIMOSA-based approaches
• Develop and implement predictive models and data analytics
• Integrate or code algorithms to support government intelligence missions
• Propose best-practice data management under hardware/storage constraints
• Perform exploratory analysis on large data sets and derive insights
• Prepare products describing findings and activities
• Design TEVV protocols to evaluate AI system performance and robustness
• Collaborate with statisticians to improve TEVV methods and results
• Maintain AI system maintenance schedules and prioritise improvements
• Contribute code in Government-owned repositories
