The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with a Current CI Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation (TEVV), and operationalization of all AI algorithms and models.
• Provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives supporting DIA analytic modernization efforts.
• Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements.
• Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and operational deployment.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities.
• Establish AI governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
• Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects.
• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited institution or Bachelor’s degree plus additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
