Job summary

PSEG is seeking an SAP S/4HANA AI Solution Architect to define and execute the AI strategy for our modernization project. This role blends SAP knowledge with AI/ML to identify high-impact use cases, build business cases, and map a transformation roadmap with senior stakeholders.

You will ensure seamless integration of AI tools like SAP Joule, Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, while aligning with architecture standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Sciences preferred, or related field.
• 8–10 years of work experience in technology solution engineering; 12+ years without a degree.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, and AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate goals into architecture, roadmaps and capability models.
• Develop roadmaps and capability models across applications and data architecture.
• Create and maintain reusable artifacts and patterns across initiatives.
• Develop policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and metrics for architectural quality and outcomes.
• Engage with implementation teams to promote reuse of models, services and components.
• Research architectural paradigms and modern constructs, including microservices and CD.
