Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced SAP Joule AI Solution Lead / Architect to design, govern, and implement AI-enabled enterprise solutions across SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, Joule Studio, Generative AI Hub, and Agentic AI frameworks.

This role blends strategic architecture with hands-on leadership, guiding developers through Joule-powered implementations within Manufacturing and Life Sciences contexts.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall experience in SAP solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and Joule Studio.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and Generative AI Hub.
• Experience across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences environments.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, data privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture and strategy for SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Design and implement Joule-based business assistants and AI agents.
• Architect solutions using SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and related frameworks.
• Lead multi-agent architectures for end-to-end enterprise workflows.
• Define interaction patterns for transactional and autonomous AI use cases.
• Integrate Joule agents with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Establish AI governance, security models, and technical standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable approaches.
• Drive adoption of SAP Joule across SAP applications.
• Ensure AI solutions align with ethics and data privacy, including Life Sciences regulations.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.
