Job summary

PSEG is seeking an SAP S/4HANA AI Solution Architect to define and execute AI strategy for an S/4HANA modernization project. The role blends SAP functional knowledge, AI expertise, and business acumen to identify high-impact use cases and build a transformation roadmap.

The candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensure AI tool integration with SAP Joule, Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, and report to the SAP Modernization Solution Architect Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, CS, math, IT, comp eng or info sciences.
• 12+ years of tech solution engineering experience without a degree.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA architecture knowledge and AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP Joule and Microsoft 365 Copilot integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals into architecture roadmaps and capability models.
• Develop reusable artifacts and patterns across initiatives.
• Create policies, standards, guidelines and metrics for architectural quality.
• Promote reuse by engaging implementation teams in models and services.
• Bridge multiple parties during component integration.
• Support decision making in technology spending.
• Participate in ecosystem strategy, value cases and portfolio development.
