Fifth Third Bank seeks an AI Risk Management Senior Associate in Cincinnati, OH. This role partners across business, technology, data, and risk functions to govern AI adoption, assess risks, and ensure responsible AI use throughout development and deployment.

You will help design controls, monitor AI performance, and align with enterprise risk management as well as regulatory expectations, while enabling innovative AI initiatives with proper governance and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in risk management, business, information systems, or related field.
• Five+ years in financial services risk management, technology risk, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with AI governance, risk assessments, and regulatory guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI governance with developing and implementing AI governance strategies, controls, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor AI-related risks across the lifecycle and across lines of business.
• Support AI use case intake, risk tiering, approval, inventory, and governance processes.
• Analyze risks related to fairness, bias, explainability, privacy, and data quality in AI solutions.
• Provide risk reporting and metrics for governance forums and regulatory compliance.
