Job summary

The Biological Computing Co. is building neurally informed AI between biology and software to advance generative video and AI infrastructure. We seek a Staff AI Researcher to shape the technical direction, lead architecture decisions, and translate research into deployable systems.

You will collaborate with founders, researchers, and product teams to push the frontier of neurally optimized computation. You will work across modeling, training, evaluation, and deployment, mentoring team members

Qualifications

Strong background in ML, CV, robotics or related field.
Experience with diffusion, autoregressive video modeling or similar.
Experience designing scalable research systems and predicting failure modes.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction for TBC’s generative video modeling platform.
Design video generation models with expressive latent representations and stable rollouts.
Improve long-horizon rollout fidelity and integrate priors into control systems.
Anticipate bottlenecks and ensure scalable research systems.
Establish technical standards and mentor other researchers.
