Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant field or MS + 2 years of applied research experience.
• Proven ability to lead research initiatives and publish or present results.
• Experience delivering open-source ML libraries or platform-level code.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
• Build AI foundation models from design to training, evaluation, validation and deployment.
• Conduct high-impact applied research translating newest AI developments into customer-facing experiences.
• Translate complex research into tangible business goals for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to prepare technical reports or conference submissions.
