Job summary

Vizient is seeking an experienced AI Quality Engineering Lead to drive hands-on design, development, and execution of AI QA initiatives across enterprise AI platforms. You will shape AI validation, runtime observability, and scalable testing frameworks that enable responsible AI deployment and reliable business solutions.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across Clinical, Data, Security, and Product teams, and promote best practices in AI-enabled testing modernization, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, QA, software testing, or related tech functions.
• 2+ years in technical leadership for testing initiatives or automation programs.
• Experience across enterprise platforms, APIs, healthcare apps, or regulated workflows.
• Strong SDLC knowledge, Agile, test automation, release validation, and production support.
• Experience validating AI-powered applications, ML/LLM, or AI-enabled workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute AI Quality Engineering strategies for AI-powered applications and enterprise AI platforms.
• Lead AI validation activities including functional testing, prompt validation, workflow testing, and release validation.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, AIOps, Security, Governance, Data, and Product teams to scale QA processes.
• Develop runt ime quality controls, testing frameworks, and observability for reliable AI solutions.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and promote modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI QA technologies to improve capabilities.
