Job summary

HP IQ is shaping the future of next‑generation experiences for HP Customers, and we’re seeking a Program Manager to drive QA processes, developer experience, and engineering velocity across HP’s AI product portfolio.

You’ll lead cross‑functional programs, translate technical details into actionable plans, and report updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across engineering, product management, design, and operations.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or a related role.
Familiarity with software development processes, QA methodologies, and developer tooling.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to report effectively to senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience driving cross‑functional programs from concept to delivery.
Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of QA and Developer Experience programs within the HP IQ organization.
Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs that align with organizational priorities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and cross‑team impacts early, and lead mitigation strategies.
Ensure consistent alignment across engineering, QA, product, data science, and partner teams.
Prepare and deliver concise, data‑driven program updates for senior leadership.
