Qualifications

• 15+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Hands-on ML/AI concepts and production systems experience.
• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy ML/AI models.
• Develop data processing pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications via REST APIs / microservices; monitor, tune, and retrain in production.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews.
