Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Senior AI Prototyping & Solutions Architect in Dallas, TX to rapidly design, build, and deliver AI/GenAI PoCs that demonstrate capabilities and value. You will create autonomous AI agents and automation workflows, and join with the AI Solution Principal to support client pitches with strong architectural expertise.

Leverage Java Full Stack skills to integrate experimental AI flows into enterprise systems, and constantly explore new AI frameworks while translating

Qualifications

• Strong Python and ML framework experience.
• Proven ability to build AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Experience translating business goals into technical prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, develop, and deliver PoCs for AI and GenAI.
• Build and manage autonomous AI agents and workflows.
• Support client pitches with architecture expertise.
• Integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems using Java.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and architectures.
• Translate abstract goals into functioning prototypes.
• Focus on innovation, architecture, and PoC delivery over routine PM tasks.
